MuscleChef, or any of his/its affiliates, service providers or
assignees be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance
on information obtained through this site. It is your responsibility
to critically evaluate the information, opinions, advice and all
other content available through the MuscleChef websites. Any current
or future links to other sites are provided as a convenience only,
and we assume no responsibility or liability for the contents
of those other sites, or any products or services advertised,
recommended or sold on those sites.

is created, controlled and operated by Dave Nathan in the State
of Oregon, USA. If you choose to access this site from another
location, you are responsible for complying with local laws, if
and to the extent that local laws apply.

construction and interpretation of this agreement shall be controlled
by the laws of the State of Oregon, in the United States of America,
giving no effect to choice of law provisions. The United Nations
Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is
expressly excluded from any interpretation of this Agreement.
Any dispute relating to this agreement shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Portland,
Oregon, USA, and the parties agree to submit to the personal and
exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
If any provision
of these Terms of Service is held to be unlawful, void or for
any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable
from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability
of the remaining provisions. These Terms of Service constitute
your entire agreement with us. We reserve the right to make changes
to our site, disclaimers and policies at any time.
Terms
of Subscription
MuscleChef
will maintain and add images and text to password protected files
on the World Wide Web at domains called "MuscleChef.com"
and "MuscleChef.Net," allowing subscribers in good standing
to various subscription programs full access to said files via
their own internet connections 24 hours a day, 7 day a week. MuscleChef
cannot be responsible for occasional disruptions of service caused
by isp failures, maintenance windows, temporary service outages
or host server failures. These Terms of Subscription apply in
addition to the Terms of Service appearing just above on this
page.
